This article describes the enhancements and changes to Mondial CRx which have been included in the 04-30-2022 release (deployed to customers on 05-06-2022).

Report Writer Enhancements
Report Writer
- A new formatting option has been added to the REF field in the report writer report definition to allow more control in determining the REF code of a new report. If the field is left blank when creating a new report, the system generates a unique REF code for the report. The REF code is however subsequently editable at the users' discretion.
- Report Headers and Footers:
- Additional options have been added to the report header/footer pages to allow for the introduction and selection of format codes.
- Format codes can now be applied to both element and text definitions created at the left, center, and right of the header/footer definition.
- Report writer reports rendered to screen now show all defined report header and footer information, including the declared formatting definitions as per the note above.
- Similarly, report writer reports rendered as PDF now show all defined report header and footer information, including the declared formatting definitions as per the note above.
- A change has been deployed to, Column Layouts: If a user attempts to define a column without either Fiscal Year or Period Offset in a column, a message is now provided to help resolve this.
Row Formats
- The calculation function in Row formats has been improved and an issue caused by a calculation using an absolute value (e.g. multiply a report row by 100) has been resolved.
Connectivity to QuickBooks
- As part of our strategy to allow Mondial to connect to multiple ERP applications, a QuickBooks connector has now been built and deployed.
Miscellaneous
- In certain scenarios, deleting an account in the COA failed to refresh the COA page. This has been fixed.
- An issue with the display of row format, calculation details, and accounting period drop-down has been resolved.
- A change has been deployed to Column Layouts: If a user attempts to define a column without either Fiscal Year or Period Offset in a column, a message is now provided to help resolve this.
- A bug that made it possible for a user to generate a report without defining the reporting currency to generate the report to has been fixed.
- A run time issue with budget selection, when a report writer report contains a budget column, has been resolved.
