Release Summary

This document describes enhancements and changes to Mondial CRx which are included in the 4-30-21 release.

List of Key enhancements/changes

Performance optimization:

Significantly improved performance of report run times (especially reports with a high number of rows) to both Web and PDF, by re-working the selection of the required data set and adding caching capability.

Row formats:

Amended the CSV upload feature so that existing rows are fully removed and replaced with the latest row format details contained in the csv/excel file being uploaded
Amended the update process to correctly save any changes made to the row format before exit from row editing.
Amended to "change sign" option to correctly save changes on exit from a row edit.

Column layouts:

Following implementation of report performance features (per the note above), account segment filtering was not functioning correctly. This is now fixed.
Additional functionality has been added to allow columns to include only source system transactions, only Mondial generated adjustments (regular, statutory, revaluation, elimination), or a combination of all.

Format Codes:

The default reporting font and font size has been changed from Courier to Calibri 11 point, which follows the Microsoft Excel default font type and size. This currently applies to PDF output only. Similar changes to Web output will be deployed in a future release.
The order in which format codes are edited and displayed can now be controlled through a 'drag and drop' capability. Companies can now sequence the order of format code to their preference, regardless of the order in which they were originally created.

Reports rendered to Web.

An issue was identified where, periodically, reports containing a large number of rows would only partially return report details to screen (Web output). This has been resolved

It was identified that, occasionally, the sequence number in the report writer, report display was duplicating. This has been resolved.
An issue was identified in Accounting Adjustments, where a user was unable to create management adjustment template lines using Intercompany revenue and expense accounts. Only balance sheet accounts were accepted. This has been resolved.
