Release Summary

This release offers the following new and improved features:

• Column Layout Changes. Three new attributes have been added to the definition of a column:

  • Rounding. Allow for a column to be rounded by thousands and millions. The default option is blank, indicating no rounding. This would can be used in conjunction with the Decimal Places attribute to get the right display value required.

  • Current or Year to Date. Allow for a column to display current period amounts (CUR) or year to date (YTD) amounts. Default option is CUR.

  • Account Segment Filter. Allows reporting in a column to be filtered by a range. Data is limited by using a combination of wild cards (the ?) and specific account codes to specify the full account code. This is useful for location or department reporting as the example below shows where the third segment (the location segment in this example) will be filtered to only show the 10000 location. The other two segments will come from the Row Format.

• Format Code Changes. The following enhancements have been made to the Format Code screen:
  
  • Adding Italic to list of Font Emphasis options.
  • Allowing Font Emphasis to be applied to Numbers and Description (or both).
  • Adding a color selector for the Foreground, Background and Line color.
