Release Summary
This release offers the following new and improved features:

Trial Balance Changes
- A new checkbox has been added to the Trial Balance report. When selected
this allows you to remove all lines in the trial balance that do not have balances.

Reports Changes
- When generating a report, fields with only one option are now automatically selected rather than forcing the user to select that one value. For example these two fields will automatically populate:

Row Format Changes
- Calculation Field
- To sum a number of row codes together you can use the syntax "SUM(A350:A420)"
- Account Range
- Ability to exclude accounts in a range. This allows you to exclude one account for a range of accounts, rather than separate into two ranges. For example, to get the range of accounts from 40000 to 49999, but exclude the 45000 account you would use: "40000:49999, -45000"
- Period Value
- Amounts are now formatted with thousands separators.

Column Layout Changes

A Companies section now is available at the bottom of the Column in the Edit Column Layout screen. This section lists all the companies in the group and allows the user to select which of the companies this column will display records for.

This creates a quick way for consolidation reports to be created.
